Greater Secondary (or its equal) with at the least 45% marks and 2-year
Diploma in Elementary Schooling (by no matter title identified) in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Process), Rules, 2002;
(or)

Greater Secondary (or its equal) with at the least 50% marks and 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Schooling (B.El.Ed.);
(or)

Greater Secondary (or its equal) with at the least 50% marks and 2- yr
Diploma in Schooling (Particular Schooling); (or)
Commencement and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Schooling (by no matter title identified);
and

(b) Handed within the Tamil Nadu Trainer Eligibility Check (TNTET) Paper – I
Supplied that an individual with Diploma in Schooling (Particular Schooling) qualification shall endure, after appointment, an NCTE acknowledged 6 months particular programme in Elementary Schooling.
