    The media could not be loaded.  Not i5 6300 HQ but you will get a i5 6300u. Packaging great, great product.After 2 months of usage left speaker not working. As suggested by seller tried updating windows and driver but not working. Found some cracks also. Show in photo. Check thoroughly when you get it.

    I was surprised by the quality of the product. it was just like new with vibrant colour screen and tight keyboard. The screen is a touch screen, and that was a surprise that at such low price a great product was supplied. The keyboard has lights built into it. frankly speaking I was expecting a regular used second hand laptop which would just work and do the job, however this product surpassed my expectations. I have used this product for almost 3 months now and there is no deterioration of performance, I had already used this make of computer in my office I got the same fast performance. After 2 months of use I contacted the support staff of a small screen issue and they gave me the resolution politely. Battery life is little more than 3 hours.I am happy with the product.

    I am writing this review after 2 months of use. I use this laptop on a daily basis for my zoom, teams calls. I watch videos without any issue. Display and screen resolution is good. Battey is good. I keep multiple chrome tabs open. But haven’t faced slowness yet. The camera quality could have been better. It.comes too dark for video call. Else a very good purchase.Had issue with mousepad but was rectified as soon as I contacted the warranty provider.

    Writing this review after two days of use. I started using the laptop by checking all the USB ports and BT connectivity. Found it working satisfactorily.Then i started using the applications installed on the laptop and found them meeting my requirements.The only drawback i noticed was about the battery getting depleted a little too fast than what i had expected.On the whole, i am quite happy with the renewed laptop i purchased from Amazon and the laptop made ready and usable by Jaisa. I hope the laptop will give me value for money for a reasonable period of time.
